SMART Goals Worksheet

Turn a fuzzy wish into one clear number you can track every day. Fill it in here, or print it and write by hand.

What is a SMART goal?

SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Goals written this way are easier to act on and easier to finish. GoalPop adds one twist: boil “Measurable” down to a single number, so progress is obvious at a glance.

S

Specific

Instead of “get healthier,” try “walk every day.”

M

Measurable

GoalPop tip: one number keeps it simple — e.g. 150 miles, 30 workouts, 20 books.

A

Achievable

Stretch, but don't snap. Note the time, tools, or support required.

R

Relevant

Connect it to the person you're becoming.

T

Time-bound

Example: by Dec 31, walking ~0.5 miles per day.
